Took my Dyson there because it was pulsing. They told me it needed a battery. Three. Months. Later. It was finally ready. They told me they replaced the filter too. $80.
Took it home, it still pulsates. Did online troubleshooting Turns out there was nothing wrong with the battery, that's not even a symptom of a defective battery. It needed a new filter, which they had charged me for but never actually replaced. It only needed a $5 repair, but they can't make any money on a $5 repair.
PS, when I got it home, there was still dirt in the canister, which they would have emptied to replace the filter.

I used to shop here for all my Cleaning business needs for vacuums etc back when Russ owned it GREAT place knowledgeable people. I don’t shop there anymore poor customer Service. Knowledge of there products and there Service NONE existent. I was sworn at by an Employee today because they messed up. The over priced products and no knowledge or customer service makes people NOT support local and shop online. So sad

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The store has everything you need to take care your vacuum. They had the accessories I was looking for for my old Hoover. Very happy customer!
