Symphony Sr HC is an award-winning organization which I am proud to be a part of. The team cares about our clients and each other. Angie, our owner, shows she cares about her clients and staff. I highly recommend Symphony!
Angie, the President/CEO of Symphony is kind and easy to talk to and always expresses true concern. Renee, my sister's health care provider and employee of Symphony, is smart, caring and always keeps the family informed of my sister's condition. Renee makes certain to get my sister exercising, out of the house, shopping, to her medical appointments and much more. We consider Renee a family friend. I am my sister's power of attorney and because I live out of state (as does my other sister) we manage her life from a distance, however, we do take long trips to MN about 4 times a year. My sister (Renee's charge) has early stage Alzheimer's. The family truly feels that my sister is safe under Renee's care. I can't say enough positive things about Symphony, Angie and Renee!
Angie at Symphony takes the time for an initial home visit to get to know her potential clients, then decides on the best match with her aides. The result was an ideal match for my wife Bev, and she loves spending time with Gail, her regular aide. Bev and I recommend that anyone in need of in-home care give Symphony a try. They are thorough and professional in all aspects of this complicated process, including the all-important skill of working with insurance companies.
