The staff is friendly, professional, and cautious about customer needs, checking in often. The experience is pleasant, with fast and nice service in a simple, bright, and clean building. Open evenings and weekends with no appointment needed, it is a good place for a simple but enjoyable haircut. While it is not a top salon experience, the intangibles are excellent, and many customers would definitely go back and recommend it.
I got my 4 year old son's hair cut here and the stylist did a good job. She checked in with me often to make sure I was liking the cut my son was receiving. It was a good experience. Now, this is Great Clips after all. Expect a hair cut worth roughly $20. Don't expect a top salon experice. That being said, the intangibles of the experience were excellent: The staff was very friendly; the building was simple, bright, and clean; and everything ran very smoothly. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a simple, but enjoyable hair cut experience.

Becky is great ! very experienced and hair always looks and feels great when she is done. I've been going to her for years. She doesn't work everyday so I call ahead to find out which days she is working. It is worth waiting a day or two to get her.
