“I hadn't seen a chiropractor in 14 years. This morning I couldn't lift my right arm past shoulder level without severe pain. I had trouble with basic things like buckling my seatbelt and using a can opener.
The chiropractor was thorough, she measured my range of motion, listened to my symptoms, and felt for trigger points before doing anything. During the adjustments, I felt releases I didn't even know I needed. The first one was very loud. =) Within minutes, the large knot in my shoulder that and been there for months went down noticeably.
By the time I got home, I had full range of motion in my arm with barely any pain.
I'm returning Monday for a massage with Tashema, who I saw 14 years ago. I get massages every two weeks from other places around the city, but I've never forgotten Tashema's skill, she's the real deal. So glad to be back. Getting two more adjustments after that as well.
