This guy really rips. Lanny did a home inspection for me. Very timely response, scheduling was easy. The walkthrough was efficient, and completely comprehensive. Unbiased straightforward information, explanation, and feedback. Inspection report was completed same day, was incredibly thorough, detailed, and was easy to read and understand. Very professional and personable. I never review anything but this guy, outstanding.
