My coworker recommended Vaida Wellness Center after I was rear-ended about 4 months ago.During my initial consultation, Dr. Bethanie took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained her approach to treatment. Working with Dr. Bethanie has been an absolutely incredible experience.Dr. Bethanie is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her patients well-being.Her adjustment are gentle yet powerful. She begins each session with light massage to my affected area. She then moves on to the adjustments. Dr. Lydia is the best chiropractor I’ve ever had when it comes to adjustments and kindness. She is very knowledgeable about the body. Initially over four years ago, I brought my newborn child in due to torticollis and reflux. Dr. Lydia was the one who noticed my daughters improper suck on her bottle, a lip and tongue tie affecting her feedings and helped with guidance on what to do next. I also love that Dr. Lydia has natural remedy ideas up her sleeve to help with issues that arise. The office is also very bright and welcoming. Vaida Wellness is a gem.

Dr. Bethanie is an incredibly knowledgeable, caring practitioner. I visited today with back pain/sciatica due to multiple bulging discs and Dr. Bethanie was excellent. She explained the process of muscle work and adjustments and checked in on me throughout, ensuring that I received the best possible care and results. I left with my back feeling better than it has in a long time, and am so grateful for her work. Thanks Dr. Bethanie!
