The Barre Wayzata has been my favorite spot for years! I get to look out at the lake, while getting the best workout. The Barre not only makes me feel toned and rejuvenated, but the instructors are so kind and encouraging. I love it!
I think I was spoiled by my taking my first barre class here! The lovely studio overlooks the lake and the instructor Isabel McNulty was awesome. The workout was difficult but not the sweaty, fatigue of cardio. It was so focused! I could FEEL it (I was shaking a couple times). It wasn't painful; I felt the 'good' burn. It felt so productive and the hour actually flew by. As a dancer in my youth, I could pick up the form pretty easily which made it enjoyable as well. The instructor was also top notch! She used a microphone, corrected our form 1:1 when needed, gave 'modification' options (this rookie needed them!), reminded us of our breathing, and was encouraging. She...read full review
