Minnetonka Construction did a phenomenal job replacing our home’s siding. We had an office visit for siding selection and a computer rendering, as well as saw prior jobs in our neighborhood. I was so glad we didn’t have to experience a hard sell pitch either. The crew was professional and tidy, though some minor damage to some plants can’t be avoided as we needed scaffolding for our house. Brad was attentive to every single question I had and gave me prompt responses. Due to the James Hardie siding, the pounding was hard and a window was broken. I've worked with a number of contractors of the years and Bradley at Minnetonka Construction is one of the best. Even when minor issues popped up and he always had a solution and made things easy. I would definitely work with them again.
I cannot thank Minnetonka Construction enough for the seamless window install process. The team was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the options.
The new windows look fantastic - the craftsmanship is top notch and you can feel the difference in insulation and noise reduction.
What I appreciated most was the clear communication from Brad - there were no surprises - just honest, high quality work. Can’t wait to connect again for future home projects!
