My experience of the Edina Office has been fairly nightmarish. While Dr Kurtzman seems very experienced, and my appointment with him seemed to go well, when I called with some follow up questions I received contradictory responses from the office staff which were confusing. Several phone calls later, things bc seemed to be resolved. But the staff needs some serious training in customer service.
