Very clean and new studio. I love Megan’s classes! As someone newer to Pilates, I really appreciate her direction and detailed instruction. She knows how to read the room and provide assistance instead of walking up and down the aisle and reciting a list of moves off her phone.
The one thing I would love is if the class sizes could increase. I’ve been on the waiting list more times than I’ve actually gone to a class
I love Club Pilates in Wayzata. And I'm happy to tell you why. The instructors are all great. The sessions fly by quickly. Constant movement for 50 minutes keeps my mind relaxed and focused on breath and core stability. So it's a lot of fun...and a fantastic mental break from running my business. After each class my posture feels stronger and more aligned, leaving me looking forward to the next class. Feet in straps. Hands n straps. Jumpboard. Pilates. It's a joy to feel the stretch and move this way.
So glad I found this place, or they found me. My back pain has been getting better ever since I started. It’s got a nice ambiance and friendly staff. Instructors work you hard but are careful not to worsen old injuries. Wish I had started sooner!
