As the owner of a fixer-upper, I have hired about a dozen contractors of all sorts over the last 5 years and no one has been as pleasant to work with as the entire team at O'Brien. I've seen the worst of it out there, and I wish I could hire O'Brien for every one of my house projects. They are prompt, friendly, communicative, reasonably priced, professional, creative, do exceptional work, listen well and are never pushy ... it's everything you could hope for. My mom had the same experience when working with them too. She and I can't recommend them enough!

I had the most incredible experience ordering from Watertown Floral & Gift Co! I ordered a flower arrangement for my friend whose father passed away and it just happened to be right after a major flower holiday (Mother’s Day), and they immediately contacted me to let me know that they didn’t have the flowers needed for that particular arrangement. I really appreciated the transparency!! They gave me the option to cancel my order, or choose something else and they were so incredibly kind. They also offered me the option of a custom blooming dish garden because it was available and could be delivered sooner. The customer service was above and beyond and I would recommend them to anyone! My friend loved what was delivered to her and was very excited to have a plant that can flourish for a long time. Thank you so much for making this a seamless process!!!

Due to storm damage I hired All Pro Xteriors to replace my roof and siding . I added upgraded touches to the exterior and had them replace my windows as well.

Went in for a balayage and at first I did not think it was what I envisioned, then I called and Geni got me in last minute and adjusted the color. She did a good job and did not make me feel guilty for asking to fix it! Definitely would refer a friend here.

Bill was extremely professional, helpful, fair and did the investigative work that the big plumbing company did not. I was being told there was no water clean out on the main line out to the sewer & preparing for an expensive dig to create a clean out. Bill came to quote the project (as a second opinion after the plumbing company was here) and instead he found the water clean out buried in the yard. He’s honest and personalized, period.

These guys are awesome!! They do consistent, quality work and always charge a fair price!I got to my shop this morning and the snow is plowed and piled professionally, the walls are all shoveled, and there is salt down on the slippery areas. I’m completely impressed.Did I mention that they also mow and trim my lawn in the summer months...it’s so cool coming home after a long day of work to a striped yard and having all the walks, deck, and patio grass-free!I can’t recommend Nate and Mike enough in one review, but take my word for it...they’re top notch!

Great clinic! Brought our son in to get checked for a cold and saw Mindy. She was great with the him and his sister. The clinic staff was very friendly and helpful! We found our new family medical clinic!
