Rick is a lifesaver. My mom's refrigerator went out over the weekend, even though he was booked for the week he made the time to come check it out. He found the problem and was able to fix it. He is the upfront, honest, and trustworthy guy that is so hard to find these days. I would trust him with any appliance issue or need you have. He is a huge asset to this community in this world of big box stores. I'm proud to say we have hard working, and devoted people in this community. Check local guys before you go anywhere else.
Our freezer went out yesterday. we bought one at Rick's. We received top notch service. They went out of their way to get it to us as fast as they could. The price was cheaper than the places we would have went to out of town. In which we would have had to haul it home and dispose of our old one or pay a delivery charge. A+
Rick is very knowledgeable of appliances, and is very fair and diligent in pricing, installation and repair. Plus he’s super friendly! I used Rick’s Appliance for my new dryer and my vacuum cleaner repair. I would highly recommend him and his business to others!
