My furnace wasn't working properly. Within 1 minute of being in my house, technician Cory suspected the problem was my plug-in humidifier which I was using tap water in. This caused mineral buildup and humidity on my filter so the furnace was having to work extra hard and was overheating and shutting off. Cory had been out a year before to do a maintenance check. It was reassuring to see someone I trusted as he is very knowledgeable and professional
