Even when faced with an order mishap, they were able to rectify the situation promptly, making sure the customer's friends received their flowers on time for their 50th wedding anniversary.
While out of town, I needed a funeral arrangement quickly as my sister was leaving town soon and driving a few hours to wake/funeral. Since I was unable I called Brittany’s Floral. Brittany was professional, kind and understood exactly what I wanted. All at a very reasonable price. The perfect arrangement was ready by the time my sister needed it to get on the road. Five stars ! Highly recommended ! This florist did fantastic work creating beautiful standing flower arrangement for funeral service at nearby church for a close relative. We are so impressed with Brittany's Floral for putting this together and delivering the beautiful flowers next morning despite our placing this order last-minute the evening before. Wow - what great service !
I was a little late in calling to have some flowers delivered today. I called several places that declined on delivery but when you are calling from 2 hundred miles away you keep trying. Thank you Brittany for delivering these beautiful flowers they were just what I wanted and you actually had the best price and best customer service. I will definitely be using your Floral Shop again. Levon was as pleased as I was with the beautiful carnations and they seem to last forever. I will definitely tell my friends about your place.
