Jean was so easy to work with in preparing the floral arrangements for our son and daughter in law’s wedding. She listened to the couple’s vision for their wedding and offered her input. She patiently answered all questions and concerns. The flowers were gorgeous- the roses were huge!
During rehearsal, the evening before the wedding, I realized I had forgotten to order a small arrangement needed for the church. I texted Jean from the church, told her what I needed and it was delivered the next morning with all of the other flowers.

We just ordered a plant basket for a funeral in Motley MN. Brainerd Floral refused to deliver ( not real pleasant) We ordered from Wadena! Fantastic customer service…beautiful arrangement…it was a wonderful experience! We highly recommend them anyone looking for any type of arrangement!! Thank you!
I HAD ordered a funeral arrangement from a different florist, but became concerned when my card wasn’t charged and they didn’t answer the phone. I called Northside floral and asked if they could accommodate me at the last minute. She said yes, but offered to call the owner of the other shop for me. She said she didn’t want me to pay twice. She did get ahold of the other owner and verified my order. Will always use Northside floral from now on.
