I ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend in a nearby town (I’m in the Twin Cities). When I accidentally left our names off the gift card and left conflicting instructions, the shop called me very quickly to clarify. Then, even though I returned their call the next morning, they still delivered the flowers as promised. 10/10 would order again.
