I went in for a manicure with dip polish. I had dip polish on my nails already and instead of soaking it to get it off the lady immediately cut off my nails and used a nail tip to pry the polish off of my hands which was quite uncomfortable. I was very upset that the woman clipped my nails and made it known that I wanted my natural nail and length that they were when I came in. I am almost certain she used acrylic instead of a dip even though I had asked if it was dip. I asked for a delicate small black tip and what I was given is horrendous. My nails are all different lengths and shapes. I will not be going back and should have had her do them the right way but felt very rushed by the lady.
