I am so impressed with MAV Restoration. This company was amazing from the owner, Phil, to salesperson Chris Boyles and the entire crew. Chris was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and committed to making sure our claim was handled fairly from start to finish.
Initially, State Farm only approved payment for limited hail damage repairs, believing that the roof already had mismatched shingles. Chris recognized that this assessment was based on an incorrect understanding of the roof. He worked diligently with State Farm to review the situation, explaining that the roof had been completely reroofed in the past rather than patched together with different shingles over time. Thanks to Chris's expertise, persistence, and collaboration with a State Farm manager who revisited the claim, the decision was overturned and a full roof replacement was approved.
What impressed me most was that Chris didn't simply accept the initial decision. He took the time to understand the details, advocate on our behalf, and ensure that the claim was evaluated correctly. His knowledge of the insurance process and attention to detail made all the difference.
