I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was. I found out that all salons were either closed or booked on the Saturday of my nephew's wedding. My daughter was one of the flower girls. There were 7 bride maids, the bride and two mothers getting their hair done so there wasn't time for the flower girl's hair. She doesn't like her hair styled so I didn't have any experience with doing her hair especially for a special occasion. I knew that Great Clips didn't take appointments but I thought I would try because I was starting to panic the night before. I called and found out that they get extremely busy in the mornings. The current staff is an improvement and I hope that management can keep them happy, busy, and retain them. They are polite, engaging, and care about the customers; it shows. We get men’s haircuts, boy haircuts, and girl haircuts here. Most of the time, the results are good/great.

My hubby goes to this location often. They do great work. We live in Belle Plaine, and even before our town's location closed, we would go to NP because their service was just a lot better! Nice people working there. Lots of parking.
