Wellstone has been a port in the storms life keeps throwing my way. Four or five times over a dozen or so years.I was never forced to stay and I was invariably better off the longer I stuck it out. (on that damned emotional roller coaster LOL)And they are not very judgy.The staff were kind and empathetic - if overworked. They gave me the follow up info I needed, the outside resources I have started to use again.I am grateful for the care I get at Wellstone, and for the lovely staff:)

This is a wonderful place with very caring staff to help steer you in a positive direction. They are there to help you get thru tough times and feel better about who you are. This is not a rehab center or a daycare but is a great place if your in need of someone who genuinely cares and will show compassion. It is a 10 day program once per month.Thank you to all the staff for helping me through my rough time in my life

Wellstone Crisis Center is a community-based program designed to assist adults experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency. Licensed by the State of Mn, Wellstone is staffed around the clock with highly-trained mental health practitioners and skilled nursing staff. Each resident has a private room.
