Worked with Alicia Cope on my Estate Plan in Spring of 2023. Had never hired a lawyer before this and was a good experience. Nice offices.Cost was $950 for Will, Health Care Directive and Power of Attorney. Any work outside of this package cost $275/hour(meetings , emails , phone calls). Any Deeds cost $350 per Deed....I had a Transfer on Death Deed done on my house.Alicia walked me through the process step by step but you should do some thinking and research ahead of time on how Wills are done so you are more focused and not overwhelmed by it all.
