Amanda Doub was honestly the best landlord I've ever had. I'm sad to have to go! There is something so refreshing about a landlord with ETIQUETTE! She was more than accommodating to our needs as renters, and went above and beyond on all maintenance requests. When our heat went out last year she came over with her own personal space heaters until the furnace could be fixed. I highly recommend renting or buying from her.
Amanda is somebody who has your back every step of the way. We were first time home buyers and she helped us understand the process and introduced us to some great partners. Amanda made sure we got what we wanted/needed and helped us maintain our sanity through the entire process. She's incredibly responsive and has gone above and beyond to ensure our happiness in our new home.
