Amanda Doub was honestly the best landlord I've ever had. I'm sad to have to go! There is something so refreshing about a landlord with ETIQUETTE! She was more than accommodating to our needs as renters, and went above and beyond on all maintenance requests. When our heat went out last year she came over with her own personal space heaters until the furnace could be fixed. I highly recommend renting or buying from her.
