We have had their internet at our house for at least 8 years. Very few issues and when there are issues it’s almost always related to a device or the website or app that we are using and not the internet service. When our internet has gone out it was because there was a fiber cut somewhere, and not related to Sytek itself.

Sytek always goes above and beyond what is expected. Whenever I call with a problem (usually operator error), they help me figure it out or find out for me. The technicians have always come out in a timely manner and fix whatever issue I have had.
