I contracted out with Nathan Jensen owner of Lake Superior Custom Builders & Contracting to do some work at my cabin located in Toimi Mn. This was all done through phone and email and text since I live in Nevada and was hoping to have the work completed by the time me and my family visited the cabin. Mr. Jensen specified what his fees would be for the work and sent this to me in an email and asked me to send him the money. I sent him money in stages as the work was being done and asked him to send me pictures of the progress.
