Jim P. is very thorough. He takes great care in explaining each picture and concern with great care. He also offers an opinion on the ease or difficulty of repairing any issues.

We had Charles Nelson out to a home we are buying, and he was a comprehensive and honest inspector. In the past, I have used Structure Tech, and both times, they made the minor things extremely dramatic and catastrophic, whereas Charles took the time to explain everything as something we could address or a handyman and what we would need to be addressed by a contractor. I cannot recommend Charles enough, but he was fantastic.
