We were considering switching vets and tried this office. Vet was super thorough and friendly. I really enjoyed the amount and of time the vet spent with our pet and the in depth exam. Office seemed spot on, but unfortunately an email was sent out a week later increasing fees things as simple as filling prescription (in addition to the prescription cost themselves) so we decided to not go back. Too many businesses these days are using fees for everything to gain (I say this as a business owner) and it is just not something that fits in my values, especially the general cost of vaccines, care, etc for a pet. I brought my 19 year old cat here to help her cross over the rainbow bridge and everyone was great. I decided to bring my dog for his yearly things because his previous vet I wasn't crazy about and had the same Tech and Doctor. They were so sweet and really listened to me about my wants and concerns. Shout out to Ash! She was seriously one of the kindest and most personable Vet Techs I've ever come across. She made the experience like I was visiting with old friends. Thank you all for taking such good care of my beloved family members ❤️
We just had our first appointment after switching vets and I am absolutely blown away by all of the staff and Dr. Eaton. The front staff were so welcoming and the check in process was fast and easy. The whole reason we switched vets is because we felt like our questions and concerns were not being heard or addressed. Dr. Eaton was so amazing with our dog and spent time answering all of my questions and throughly explaining every option. He was very understanding and did not push certain products or treatments. He simply gave us all the information the best he could and left it up to us to make our decision on what we felt is best for our dog. I have never been so impressed...read full review
