After having another company, supposedly fix the oven door That at times would not open except by pulling very hard on it. A technician charged me $200, Only put in a screw that he said was missing. Within a day, the oven door still didn't work. When I asked how to clean the oven door windows, he said it would be better to buy a new oven😡
I called St. Croix appliance and the technician came and fixed the door by taking it off fixing the hinge, at my request gave me the three panes of glass in the oven door so I could clean them, oiled the hinges. Now the door works like new. He was also less expensive than the first company. I would recommend this business to everyone

Fantastic service and prompt attention when we had a washing machine issue. I have used other appliance repair services locally in Stillwater and this was by far the best experience I have had hands down. Honest assessment and laid out all of our options for the repair needed. Highly recommend and I will never use another service for applicable repair again.
