Had Posch Builders come and add an addition to my older home. Brian was great to work with and truly cared about the end result and safety of the build. Code and doing things right were imperative. He is a wealth of knowledge and his lead on the crew, Dave, is amazing at his craft and great to work with. They helped me pull apart an older home and was willing to give guidance throughout and ended up doing a lot more work than previously contracted. Great communication and follow through. In 2021, Brian Posch (Posch Builders LLC) completed a major exterior facelift on our house and remodeled a powder room. The exterior work included: recladding ten front columns; rebuilding the front deck stairs and accent-trimming two decks, all with ipe hardwood; coffering the main deck ceiling with wood to highlight the ipe stairs and trim; and, replacing the wood railing on two decks with powder-coated steel cable railing. Inside, the work involved rebuilding a faulty powder room floor and laying travertine stone tile.
