Jeff, and Element Exteriors were wonderful! Jeff convinced me not to settle for an awful shingle color patch match that the insurance company said was ok after a large limb punctured the roof of my home in Hastings after a winter storm, A year and a half later, State Farm finally agreed that the shingles did not match and I got a full roof replacement. If it wasn’t for Jeff, I probably would’ve accepted the shotty patch that the insurance company said was acceptable, after 20 years of payments without a claim.. Thank you very much Jeff for not letting me settle. The insurance companies are getting awful. I’m glad I stood up to them thanks to Jeff’s advice.
