We took our cat Nala to Cassie for grooming, and she truly worked magic. Nala is super feisty and cried the entire car ride—she even managed to get herself out of her carrier. I was honestly nervous about how it would go, but Cassie handled her with so much patience and care. When I came back an hour and a half later, Nala was calm, relaxed, and sitting quietly in her carrier—not a single meow. She looked beautiful, and you could tell she’d been treated gently and professionally. Cassie did an amazing job, and we’ll definitely be back!
We adopted a cat that had severe matting which required her to be shaved and bathed. We were able to get in right away and Cassie was so sweet and did such a wonderful job! Both the vet and the vet tech commented on how great of a job she did and we just know our kitty is feeling so much better. Cannot recommend her enough!
