Computer Repair & Services are the best! When we need support, they are right on it. The staff are all knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They are also very proactive in sharing information that is helpful and important to us in maintaining our technical environment. Very happy with the service!

I just popped in to ask a question about my phone and Zach took a look at it, fixed the problem and it was gratis! I recommend them 100% for all the work they've done for me over the years on my computer and phone.

I purchased a refurbished computer from the New Richmond location. I worked with Josh, and cannot say enough about the outstanding customer service I received. Josh took the time to make sure everything was set up, in the way I use my computer. He also downloaded additional items that I use that had nothing to do with how the computer works, just so it made my life easier. There are many times when I go shopping that it seems customer service is lacking. That is not the case with Computer Repair and Services in New Richmond. Their customer service is front and center. I highly recommend them!!!
