We worked with Cates for the 2022-2023 build of our custom home. The experience and end result were both better than we ever anticipated. It was a gift to have a builder that balanced high-level design, technical expertise, and genuine integrity so well.

Jennifer was on top of budget and selections management, while Jeff kept the construction side running like a well-oiled machine. A huge shoutout to Ron as well — his attention to detail on the finishing work was exceptional.

Cates has also gone above and beyond post-move-in, staying available for any minor post-construction refinements we’ve needed.

Working with Cates was an absolute pleasure. From Jennifer's project planning and management, to Jeff's daily conversations and meetings with us regarding the details, millwork, and progress of our build, the entire process from start-to-finish was fantastic. Cates helped make the vision the for our home come to life. We just celebrated our 3rd year in our home, and Cates has been receptive and helpful as minor issues inevitably appear. We love our home and couldn't think of working with anyone else.
