Can't recommend Annie enough! If you've been on the fence about getting electrolysis for your unwanted hair, just do it. You'll feel better. I know this because I have been blessed with a creepy stache ever since puberty, and had always wanted electrolysis but was apprehensive about it - the cost, any side effects or reactions my skin might have, etc. Annie was great about explaining the process and reassuring me that the redness from the procedure will fade within hours.
