Dawn Bentley is fantastic at customer service. The wallpaper I had picked out was out-of-stock, so I had to come back to the store to find another option. Dawn had gone through a dozen wallpaper books to find similar options as my first choice, and had them marked and open on the counter for me to review when I came in. She was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process!
Dylan, at Abbott Paint & Carpet spent a great deal of time assisting me with a color for my deck. His patience and expertise prevented me from making an extremely expensive mistake. His guidance towards a cedar shade resulted in a stunningly, beautiful result. He recommended Jeff Parent and his son Nick who did an exemplary job of applying two-part epoxy to areas requiring repair and carefully applying stain with sponges, brushes and lambswool.
