Another had foam insulation installed and was impressed with the quick response when a vent was accidentally plugged. The team came back the next day to fix it with no extra charge. A different customer had dishwasher lines freeze, and Alex gave a reasonable price on the spot. They arrived on time, were professional, and finished the job in an hour. Northstar was the sub-contractor that installed foam insulation in my attic spaces. The team was very professional, clean, and efficient. John really impressed me. He left me his cell number when the team wrapped up. Later that day I found that the vent from my kitchen sink inadvertently had gotten plugged up. John was there the next day and pulled out the foam blocking the vent. Then after I had a plumber install proper venting, John came right back out and filled in the insulation hole. No extra charge! Amazing.
