We are very grateful to Dr. Shelli Trautmiller. She examined our dog Ara within minutes of our arrival at the clinic. She was gentle and thorough. Her diagnosis was on the mark. The food and medicine she prescribed were all available at the clinic. Ara showed improvement within a day and has been well since completing her medications.
My husband and I relocated to Saint Peter a few months ago so the task of finding a new Veterinarian for our pup was daunting. We really liked our previous one so we asked him if he had any recommendations. He DID! He actually interned at KIND when he was a Veterinarian student at college! He said the doctors and staff were very kind, which they were! Our pup had a great time being spoiled and oooo'd over! Thanks KIND!
It was our first visit with our little 14-week-old pug puppy after she had a minor sprain. We arrived an hour early because I had miscalculated the time. However, they were able to get us in early and were very friendly. Our puppy absolutely loved them. We are likely going to switch our older pug to their clinic as our primary provider. The only thing I need to ask about is whether we can consistently see the same veterinarian. Overall, it was a good experience.
