We have had a recurring problem with our air conditioner since we moved into our new house. I had asked a lot of different people about it and never got a clear answer. An unfortunate repair scenario (long story) left us without air conditioning on one of the hottest days. Comfort Systems was the only contractor to call me back for an emergency service call and had someone there within the hour.
