We had an urgent need for a new water softener as ours was leaking. Tyler got it ordered as soon as we called! The next week he came to install it and after bringing in the new softener, there was still water on the floor. He traced it back and saw the water HEATER had corrosion inside the tank at the bottom and at the top where the water connection comes in. Now we were looking at replacing the water heater too. Tyler was able to give us a fair price for both the softener as well as the heater and was able to install both right away! Great experience for us from the initial phone call, to Tyler resolving the issues quickly and while at our home.

I had a water powered sump pump backup system installed by Total Plumbing. Not every plumber knows how to do that. Tyler was very professional, on time and courteous. I would recommend him for any plumbing needs.

Tyler came out to repair the water heater, was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me from repairing to buying a new water heater. This helped me decide and was happy with my decision. Very helpful and took his time with everything. Tyler came out the same day and had the water heater in the next day.
