I went to see Mike for hip discomfort. Right away I knew from Mike's personality that he would be a great fit for me. He's knowledgeable, explains things very well, extremely personable and a great person. Over the course of a our 3 months of seeing Mike every 1-3 weeks, he helped me alleviate any hip pain I had. I am back to lifting and running like my true self. Mike also taught me some valuable exercises to help address any hip pain I may have. That will be incredibly useful for me going forward. I was referred to Dr. Mike Simon when I was having some back issues, specifically lower back discs that were bulging. I thought that I was never going to be doing squats or deadlifts again. After working with Mike on a regular basis, he assured me that I would be able to lift again. With dry needling, stretching, and core strengthening exercises he was able to help me get back to the gym and I am feeling great. Best thing I ever did was go to Crossover Physical Therapy. Everyone there is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I recommend checking them out if you are looking for physical therapy. Thanks again for all you do.
