Pat, Chris, and Ben were all very friendly and helpful over the course of the three visits. Dean’s customer service was great and I appreciated their flexibility to add some last minute repairs following preventive maintenance appointment on our water heater. No emergency surcharge for a last minute service requests was a nice bonus.
Brandon and the rest of the team were amazing. They removed our old gas water heater and 2 Dean’s electricians wired up a new electric water heater. Then Brandon and his partner finished the install and removed our old water heater. Our home is 160 years old so the space they were working in was quite small. They were efficient, pleasant, professional and did a fabulous job cleaning up after themselves! Highly recommend Dean’s! 10/10
Brady and Dylan were awesome. Showed up right on time and were super friendly, professional and finished the work way before I thought they would. They generously answered my follow up questions and made sure I was satisfied before they left. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
