My husband’s sunglasses were broke, was driving by and stopped here. The ladies were friendly and fixed his glasses, for free. Thank you ladies! We will be back the next time we need glasses!

THE BEST customer service. We have come here for a year now. My college age son had his exam last year but not any change to his prescription so he didn’t need glasses at the time. His two year old glasses he purchased from another local store broke last night.
He stopped into the other store and asked if there was anything that could be done to fix them, he was told they were out of warranty and nothing could be done. We were fully prepared to pay if there was any fix available, we just wanted something temporary to get him by, but they had nothing to offer.

I stopped by the store to see if they could adjust my frames, which were continuously sliding off. I was just passing through St Cloud and hadn’t bought my glasses from Shopko Optical. Krystal jumped in, adjusted my frames perfectly and I was on my way in less than five minutes. Kudos for superior customer service. Highly recommend seeing Krystal at Shopko Optical!
