My business had a water damge from a CAM toilet the floor above us. The water was coming in fast, ceilings tiles that were soaked fell and busted up on the soaked carpet and wood floor. Restore 24 was here within an hour of my call and started clean up. They brought in fans and dehumidifiers to fight with the dampness. They did a great job. Bottom line factor; I would definitely call Restore 24 again.Longer version; I bought a house and called for a mold issue late Friday afternoon. A person answered right away. Estimator arrived Monday morning. I dealt with probably 8 different people from Restore 24 including the owner. They were all great. It’s funny, I had a service tech from a different company (for a different issue) out the other day who just rubbed me the wrong way, but the point is that interaction made me realize how much I appreciate dealing *friendly* service techs. Ok - so obviously we all hope our pipes don't freeze, causing washers to backup mid-cycle, creating a waterfall in the kitchen, and ruining all the hardwood floors... BUT if that (or something similar) should happen CALL RESTORE 24. They know what they are doing, are straight forward, kind, helpful - like SUPER helpful - and just all around awesome at what they do. Angie, Jim, all of their awesome employees and subcontractor contacts were AMAZING! They are easy to get a hold of and very helpful as you try to navigate all the insanity that has fallen upon your home.
