“I arrived 20 minutes before closing and Andy was with a client. He finished about 10 minutes later and I offered to book a future appointment for a cartilage piercing because it was so close to quitting time. He said he would still take me. I explained that I had my cartilage pierced in my teens and that I had some scar tissue to avoid. He examined said scar and indicated that it was still open and that he could just put in a taper and just charge for the jewelry. Andy saved me about half of what I would’ve spent, only because he is a good human. Many studios would have been quick to make a buck, AND sent me away to get out on time. Very gentle piercer/taper. Highly recommend.“
