Tanya was amazing and knew so much. She explained to me why she was working on certain parts, explained why she used the pressure level she did, and gave me tips on icing, stretching, and increased movements to lessen pain.
I wanted to get my wife a massage for her birthday present this year and was told about this place from a friend. I went to the Saint Cloud location after work one day to get a gift card for a 1 hour massage. I was asked by the lady working if my wife had ever been there before, I said that I did not know if she had been there before, she then asked for my wife's phone number. She looked up the number and told me my wife had been there and then sold me a 1 hour gift card which came to just under $90. The massage was wonderful, however, the scheduling dept. was terrible. I booked two massages 80 minute, at 1pm and 1:30, on two different phone numbers. Than a few days before called to add on another massage for 2pm.
When we arrived we were told our appt. were for 2pm and 2 :30pm and the third appt. was for the next day!!
Then after the two massages, one massage was charged to my daughters bill. When she returned home there was an additional 25. Added. My daughter called and was told that was for added amentities.
I was considering returning as my massage was great, but never again.
