Nancy and John were amazing to work with and they helped me when I needed it and wasn't sure what to do. They took the time to fit me in in a pinch and talked with me on every step of the way.
I had a bad head injury from a (now previous) job. I did everything I was supposed to do and after giving me workman’s comp for a few weeks, it was pulled. They said it never happened, basically. I didn’t know what to do but I reached out to Malone and Bailey on a recommendation and they helped me. They guided me through a whole process with them against my employer. There were so many times I wanted to give up, but they stayed the course with me and helped me settle the case. While I wish my previous employer would admit their wrongdoing, I’m still grateful for what I got thanks to Nancy and John.
