Absolutely amazing customer service! Make this your first stop for your wood flooring needs. The selection and product are top notch. Seriously though the 3 ladies working today that we saw were all very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I have not found customer service in this town that compares for many years.They truly are outstanding!This was at the St. Cloud locationThank you Sara A. For all your help today and because you had what we needed in stock we are now able to finish our project in a timely manner. We will definitely be returning customers after todays visit. We will also recommend any we know to start at your store.

The customer service was great, the staff was knowledgeable. They have a large selection and had everything in stock that we were looking for. Great prices and friendly staff. 10/10 would recommend.
