I was nervous dropping off my wedding dress as it is a timeless piece a bride will treasure and potentially pass down one day. When I went to pick up my dress the original dust and dirt was removed and I was so thrilled but oddly, a different mark was on the dress that wasn't there at drop off. The manager was kind and professional, redid the process and got the marks out. The only trouble we had was on pick up again as the dress had been checked out of their system the first time we went to pick up, therefore trying to pick up after the redo they told us the dress was not there. My experience at Hourglass has always been very positive. I’ve had several incidents where garments where spots were not able to be removed but it’s always been communicated clearly to me. I really appreciate you guys! Thank you!
This place always gets it done right. I’ve never had a problem with my clothes being cleaned. When I have dress shirts cleaned and pressed, they have a label in the collar that tells them the level of starch to spray in the shirts. Great value!
