I haven’t had Jacob do a job for me—-but I have been on job sites and witnessed him working. Days, nights, weekends. He may be direct/bold at times, but he does care about his work. There are situations that rise out of his control, and he steps up to make it right.
Jacob was excellent. We had an issue with one downspout and it was rain for the 3rd day. He came out later that day. He gave us a quote to check out one area but he cleared all 4 downspouts and gutters for the same price as one. Not an easy task either. Super nice too. Will recommend him and his company to anyone who needs new gutters, covers, and/or the cleaning of old ones that aren’t even his brand.
Jake was a very responsive, honest and upstanding business owner to work with! He returns calls and shows up when he says he will. Not the case with people i have worked with in the past.
