I went to Gilleland in search of making a deal that would make sense for my situation. My salesman Ben was FANTASTIC! His approach was in kindness and genuine care about us, my routine, needs and the type of vehicle I was looking for. He made the experience extremely seamless, and he worked hard on a busy Saturday to do his best to meet our expectations. Carl in service was absolutely amazing! Every time I have brought my blazer in service has been great and prompt. They offer free Wi-Fi and a nice bench with plug ins for charging so I was able to work while they worked on my car. The guys are always super nice and greet me by name whenever I come in for a service. It’s a nice breath of fresh air ?
I have only had positive experiences with Gilleland Chevrolet,Cadillac dealership. This was my initial experience after driving imports for 30 years. I will be a return customer and tell others the customer service is beyond belief and this is across all departments that I have dealt with. While they are a business I feel that they all have the philosophy that they are there to take care of us the customer.
