My dryer went out on me and I called Chad at general repair on a Friday. He adjusted his schedule to squeeze me in the next day, and on a Saturday no less! Fixed my dryer same day, showed me the problem areas, didn’t try to upsell me or charge an arm and a leg. I’d give him 6 stars if I could, thanks Chad!

We had the greatest experience with Chad. He has come out to our house, not once but twice to fix our dryer (different issues). He is always courteous and professional. We 100% recommend him!

I'm so glad I called Chad to repair my dishwasher. He was right on time and found out a part needed to be ordered within a short time of being here. He said he needed to order the part and was going to look for the lowest price to help me and him. A week later he came back with the part and my dishwasher is running like it should again. His rates were very reasonable! If I had gone with another place I would've paid at least double, if not triple of what he charged. I highly recommend Chad and will definitely have him back if we have other appliances needing work.
